Lake Como is that dream place where all the famous actors buy a house, right? Well, Como (which is the city that gives the lake the name… duh) is well known for its typical restaurants facing the lake and also some fine establishments inside its medieval walls, but I’m not gonna go traditional with this one, simply because I’m gonna talk about a damn burger place!
Mystic Burger mixes up the typical American concept of burger joints adding the Italian quality and tradition to it: let me tell you that this sh*t works perfectly, especially for the local (picky) palate. Their menu is a list of super good options with strange names which are simply written in the local dialect, but no worries: the staff is so nice and helpful that they’ll guide you through that with a smile.
When I visited I went for one of those but I was also lucky to be able to try a special slider (not on the menu) made with Kobe beef and maaaaan, I wish they had that on their list as well: too bad it would probably cost at least 25-30 Euro, which is probably too much to spend on a burger in such a casual place, even if it’s such good quality.
