[ITA] Per il secondo episodio della mia serie sui migliori hamburger di Milano mi sono catapultato Al Mercato! No, non quello rionale con le bancarelle, ma proprio il piccolo burger bar in via S.Eufemia che si chiama così! 
Situato di fianco (e direttamente collegato) al ristorante omonimo, questo piccolo localino serve, oltre agli hamburger, una serie di bontà come nachos, tacos, costine, bistecche e tanto altro. Ma siamo qui per parlare di burgers, giusto? E allora vi dico che qui l’asticella si alza parecchio: non parliamo di gourmet, non parliamo di classico fast food, ma del perfetto mix fra i due, con aggiunta del “sapore di casa”! Scegliendo il burger base, con l’aggiunta di bacon, tra l’altro il migliore che abbia mangiato negli ultimi anni, e una bella fettina di cheddar (ma potete scegliere davvero tra tanti ingredienti) la sensazione è proprio quella di mangiarsi un prodotto decisamente “casereccio” e fatto davvero con amore. Mi sono portato anche un’ospite internazionale che ha gradito (come si vede nel video) parecchio, quindi questi ragazzi di sicuro sanno soddisfare anche palati molto differenti! Una nota tutt’altro che dolente… ci hanno suggerito di provare la salsa al pollo arrosto per le nostre patatine: una roba pazzesca, ci ho pucciato anche l’hamburger! Richiedetela assolutamente!

[ENG] For the second episode of my series about the best burgers in Milan I rushed to Al Mercato. No, not the local market with the stalls, but the actual tiny burger bar in via S.Eufemia with the same name!

Located right next (and directly linked) to the restaurant with the same name, this small shop serves, apart from the burgers, a bunch of good stuff like nachos, tacos, ribs, steaks and a lot more. But we’re here to talk burgers, right? Then I’m gonna tell you that the standards here have totally been raised: we’re not talking gourmet, we’re not talking classic fast food, but we got the perfect mix between the two, plus the “home flavour”! If you choose the basic burger, adding bacon, by the way the best I’ve had in years, and a nice slice of cheddar (but you can really choose among a lot of ingredients) you’ll feel like you’re eating a definitely “home-made” product, really made with love. I brought an international guest with me and she liked it (as you can see in the video) really a lot, so these guys definitely know how to satisfy different tastes! On a totally not sad note… they advised us to try the roast chicken sauce for our fries: crazy stuff, I even dipped my burger in it! You totally must request it!
