MILANO BURGER SHOW – TRIPBURGER – EP.#3 (VIDEO)

[ITA] Terzo trip a Milano per il mio Milano Burger Show: stavolta ho scelto di trippare da Tripburger, dove gli hamburger e i sapori arrivano da tutte le parti del mondo, anche se la zona e semplicemente quella dei nuovi grattacieli della città. Canguro, cervo, cinghiale, bufalo, zebra e tanti altri animali che non mangiamo tutti i giorni… 
Io cosa mi sono mangiato? Il canguro! Parliamo di una vera rivelazione: sapori che ricordano vagamente un mix tra il classico manzo e robba più “selvatica” abbinati a freschissime verdure. Nonostante le dimensioni decisamente importanti il panozzo me lo sono comunque divorato in pochi morsi e ho concluso il mio gradito pranzo con dei contorni spettacolari: pepitozze di pollo, patatine scrocchiose e soprattutto l’eccezionale guacamole impanata e fritta… una roba gustosissima! Io ve lo consiglio davvero questo posto, se non altro per conoscere dei tipi di carne che raramente si mangiano dalle nostre parti. Aggiungeteci il fatto che non parliamo di pretenzioso gourmet, ma di un posto super casual con servizio molto amichevole, quindi decisamente ottimo per i miei gusti!

[ENG] Third trip to Milan for my Milano Burger Show: this time I chose to trip to Tripburger, where burgers and flavours come from all over the world, even if the place is simply the one with the new skyscrapers in the city. Kangaroo, deer, boar, buffalo, zebra and plenty more animals we don’t eat every day…

What did I eat? Kangaroo! We’re talking about a true revelation: flavours that kinda remind a mix between the classic beef and more “wild” stuff matched with super fresh veggies. Despite the totally important size I devoured the burger in just a few bites and I finished my good lunch with some awesome sides: chicken nuggets, crunchy chips and most of all the amazing breaded and fried guacamole… tasty stuff! I definitely recommend this place, at least so you can try some types of meat you’d rarely find around here. Also consider we’re not talking about pretentious gourmet, but about a super casual spot with a very friendly service, so that’s certainly great for my taste!
